Ferenc Pongracz was born in Hódmezövásárhely, Hungary in 04/20/52. He finished elementary and high schools in the same city. He attended the Technical University of Budapest from 1970 to 75. email:
After finishing his
studies in electrical engineering he started his practice in Szeged at JATE (József Attila University).
From 79 he moved to Budapest and married to Iren Keszei.
During the next years he worked in research at the Semmelweis Medical University in Budapest.
His daughter, Julia was born in Budapest 1984.
From 88 to 92 he moved with family to New Haven, USA where he worked as scientist
with the Neurobiology Department of Yale Medical School.
His son, Adam was born in New Haven, 1989.
From 92 to present he worked with ARTMA Medical located in Vienna, Austria and Salt Lake City, USA alternatively.
ARTMA develops software for image-guided surgical equipments used in different areas: dental implant surgery, maxiofacial surgery, brain surgery.
